once upon a time there was a beautiful baby girl with the thickest head of hair i’ve ever seen…
she grew…
and grew…
and became a big sister!
and on a side note, lest you think it’s easy for me to photograph a newborn and toddler… to get this shot, i had both girls on the couch, while i stood above them, holding my iphone as it played a youtube video of “little talks” by of monsters and men, singing at the top of my lungs, as mom and dad hid in the next room. worth it!
seriously, i count it such a privilege to document the growth of a family like this over the years… return clients are my favorite! it’s a joy to be there for the first time around, but then to see these little people grow and become big brothers/sisters. it’s truly amazing. thank you for having me photograph your gorgeous girls mclellans! sweet baby Ainsley is the perfect addition to your family.
